Free Shipping (Orders over $50):

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Economical option for larger orders

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination. Some remote areas in Asia and other regions may not be serviceable.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide (excluding certain Asian and remote regions). Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind our professional tools and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow the process below.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be unused and in its original packaging
  • You must provide original proof of purchase
  • Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following specialized tools cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Taps and Dies (specialized cutting tools that cannot be properly sanitized after use)

All other tools in our catalog (claw hammers, levels, pickup tools, sockets, solid joint pliers, and wrenches) are eligible for returns if they meet the above criteria.

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 2 business days, our team will:

  • Verify your return eligibility
  • Provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Send detailed return shipping instructions

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package the item securely in its original packaging and include:

  • The RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package
  • A copy of your original invoice or packing slip

For exchanges:
