Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be unused and in its original packaging
  • Original proof of purchase must be provided
  • Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following professional tools cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Taps and Dies (specialized cutting tools that cannot be properly sanitized after use)

All other tools in our catalog (claw hammers, levels, pickup tools, sockets, solid joint pliers, and wrenches) are eligible for returns if they meet the above criteria.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package the item securely in its original packaging and include:

  • The RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package
